Terms and Conditions

eCommerce:

No agreement is formed with a customer until an order has been accepted and processed and an order number has been confirmed. Stock issues or technical issues can occur and will be resolved at earliest convenience.

Workshop:

You will receive an email (the one you purchase the workshop with) with a link to an online workshop platform where you will be asked to set a password. Once you have received access to the online platform you may log in and navigate the online platform at your own leisure. Please note this is not a LIVE workshop. You will be able to work your way through the videos in your own time and pace.

Product Safety:

It is highly recommended that you thoroughly read the words written on all product packaging sold by TAOMI Australia. This is to ensure the safety of individuals who purchase products. All products sold by TAOMI Australia at www.taomi.com.au or a retailer will have the words "Do not Ingest" written on the packaging. Under no circumstances will TAOMI Australia be held liable for individuals who disregard or dismiss the words "Do not Ingest". 

Payment Methods:

Payments must be received in full on the website www.taomi.com.au and no other payment arrangement can be organised between the customer and business. The payment method accepted are: Apple pay, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Afterpay.

Refund & Return Policy:

Refunds for the 'Online Workshop' and or other products will not be allowed due to change of mind. Every case is subject to TAOMI Australia's discretion. In extreme circumstances e.g. sickness, bankruptcy, unforeseen circumstances etc TAOMI Australia will evaluate whether a refund can be issued.

Please note: If TAOMI provides a refund under the circumstances outlined above, only the cost of the product will be refunded; shipping fees are non-refundable.

 When you receive 'Physical Items' e.g. Forbidden Frosting:

  • If any items are damaged, missing or faulty upon opening, we require an email stating the issue along with photographic and/or video evidence. This is subject to TAOMI Australia's discretion. Please note we will do our best to fulfil your request.

  • An order number, proof of purchase, shipping address or/and full name is required in order for the TAOMI Team to issue a refund or replacement.

Postage & Delivery:

Standard shipping has an estimation of (10-15 days). Express shipping has an estimation of (6-12 days). If your shipment is extremely delayed or lost, please contact us on our email and we will follow this up with our couriers and be in contact with you to resolve the issue. Please note: Delays can occur and your package may take longer than the what is stated.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
For shipping outside of Australia, TAOMI Australia is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Please ensure you have reviewed your country's international import fees before making a purchase. Refunds will not be issued for any items returned due to a change of mind regarding import fees. If import fees apply and are unpaid, the product will be returned to our warehouse in Australia, and no refund will be provided.

Intellectual Property:

Logo design, domain name and all products with our logo are all owned by TAOMI Australia. Only TAOMI Australia is allowed to use their property to sell, advertise and promote.
