I ha e to agree with many , the video is and should be about the tools used how to mix how to apply, scrap and place on canvas to build petals etc your video isn't dont well, it needs to be more focused on those areas ,close ups showing this, we dont need to see you both, its the actions that need to be detailed.

Excellent customer service, but the video sometimes don't show what they are doing.

I have not tried yet the medium, customer service is great! I didn't have the video and I sent a message and the replied was quick.
I do have a suggestion on the video, they should do more close ups when they are making the flower, many times they are working on the flowers; but they don't show what they are doing, this happened many times. I have experience in lots of crafts and arts, but if a person is totally new; they will probably not learn well. that is why I am given the 4 star review.
